The EEOC's Indianapolis office filed this suit on November 29, 2004 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Chicago Division. The EEOC filed the suit on behalf of a female complainant who alleged defendant PJR Enterprises, Inc. sexually harassed her in violation of Title VII. After a status conference and defendant answer both in early January 2005, the parties reached an agreement in April 2005. A consent decree was entered April 12, 2005.

The consent degree conferred $6,000 to the complainant. The defendant agreed to appoint a compliance coordinator to ensure compliance with the consent decree and Title VII. The coordinator was also in charge of keeping records on complaints of sexual harassment and sending reports regarding all matters of the defendant's compliance. The defendant further agreed to conduct semi-annual training. The settlement term was 3 years. The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
