In July 2003, the Cleveland office of the EEOC brought this Title VII suit against Betz Job Service, Inc. and Quaker MFG. Corp in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. The complaint alleged that the defendant discriminated against the claimant by maintaining a business relationship with its hiring agency whereby it refused to hire female applicants because of their sex. The case settled by entry of a settlement agreement in July 2004. No information is available pertaining to the settlement agreement.
