On April 18, 1997, the New York office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against Nashoba Publications, Inc. and Frank Hartnett, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. We have only the docket in this case, so we have no further information on the allegations made by the EEOC against the defendants.

On November 4, 1998, the parties entered into a consent decree, which the district court adopted on the same day, closing the case. We have no information on the terms of the settlement.
