Case Summary

The Phoenix District Office of the EEOC brought this action in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, Prescott Division, against Indiana Western Express, Inc. The complaint was filed in March 1998, but we do not have access to that document. In July 1999, after some discovery, Defendant filed a motion for partial summary judgment, but the motion was never ruled on because the parties reached a settlement agreement. In January 2000, the parties settled and the case was dismissed with prejudice. The only document we have for this case is the docket.
