The nature of the allegations is unknown as we do not have access to the complaint. After some discovery and a settlement conference, the parties filed a joint motion for voluntary dismissal, which was granted in April 2005. We do not have a copy of the settlement.

Although the cases technically remain pending in the District of Arizona, case management and decision-making will be carried out in the District of Alaska.
