The Phoenix and Albuquerque offices of the EEOC brought this suit in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in September 2003 against Radian Communication Services, Inc. The nature of the allegations is unknown as we do not have access to the complaint. After some discovery and a settlement conference, the parties filed a joint motion for voluntary dismissal, which was granted in April 2005. We do not have a copy of the settlement.
