In April 1998, the Los Angeles District Office brought this suit against Yellow Freight System Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The only document publicly available regarding this case is the docket; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. The parties participated in an unsuccessful settlement conference in September 1998. After a status conference in December 1998, the parties settled in February 1999, voluntarily dismissing the case.
