The New Orleans District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against M&M Collection, Inc. (doing business as Milliken & Michaels, Inc.) and related corporate entities in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in December 1997. A copy of the complaint is unavailable. The complainant intervened in the case in February 1998. The case was consolidated with Pullen v. Milliken & Michaels, Inc., 2:97-cv-00849 (E.D. La. Mar. 20, 1997) in February 1998. That case ended with a consent decree in February 1999.
