The EEOC filed this action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on July 31, 2002. The defendant was Hendrickson International Operations of the Boler Company, which is also known as Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems, a supplier of vehicle air suspension systems. Little is known about the allegations or outcome as only the docket was available. The lawsuit was eventually resolved by consent decree in December of 2003 after a November settlement conference.
