The lawsuit was filed in September 2005 and was resolved by consent decree in March 2006. The complainant, who intervened in the case, was awarded $85,000 and her attorney received $40,000. She was promised neutral references and expungement of the incident from her personnel file. In addition, the company was required to provide training, had to post and distribute a Notice of rights, agreed to mandatory discipline for any employee who engages in sexual harassment, and had to submit semi-annual reports to the EEOC. The decree was to last for two years.The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
