The San Francisco District Office filed this case in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The defendant was Vasquez Brothers, Inc., also known as Central Coast Packing, a company that specializes in custom wood crates and foam packaging. The lawsuit was filed in September 2005 and was resolved by consent decree in October 2006. The complainant, who did not intervene in the case, was awarded a total of $42,000.
