The Birmingham District Office of the EEOC brought this action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, against Raytheon Aerospace Company d/b/a Beeach Aerospace Support Services. The complaint was filed in March 1997, but we do not have access to this document. In July 1997 the parties engaged in a settlement conference and the case was settled. The only document that we have for this case is the docket.
