CONSENT DECREE Defendant shall pay Major Singh the sum of $11,500.00. In addition, Defendant shall pay Major Singh's counsel $11,500.00 as attorneys fees. Defendant shall make such payment by issuing a check payable to the Herring, McBennett, Mills, Green and Finkelstein trust account. Payment shall be made w/in fifteen days after the court approves the Consent Decree as further set out. The term of this Decree shall be for two (2) years from it entry by the Court. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, except as provided in paragraph 3.
