EEOC's Philadelphia, PA office alleged in this Title VII lawsuit that the defendant Eagle National Bank subjected a former black female employee to sexual and racial harassment. The defendant was a national commercial bank with a facility in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. EEOC also alleged that the defendant failed to promote the former employee because of her race. The discriminatory practices caused the constructive discharge of the employee. EEOC filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) on 06/20/2002. The individual complainant intervened in the lawsuit.
