Consent Decree this decree constitues a full discharge and satisfaction of any claims which have been alleged in the complaint filed by EEOC based on the charge of discrimination filed by Ms. Broin and assigned the administrative charge number 100-95-0361. Within ten (10) days of the court's approval of this decree, deft will issue a check and mail the same to Ms. Broin the amount of $9,500.00 minus any applicable withouldings for fedarl, state, local, Social security, medicare and/or unempoloyment taxes and $4,500.00 in interest, in settlement of pltf's claims for backpay and benefits. Within ten (10) business days of the court's approval of this Decree, deft will issue a check and mail the same to Ms. Broin the amount of $60,000.00 in settlement of pltf's claims for compensatory damages. Both the EEOC and the deft shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney's fees incureed in connection with this action. This court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter until the parties have complied fully with the terms and conditions of the decree.
