In March 2000, the Birmingham District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Community Action Agency of Huntsville, Madison & Limestone Counties, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. A charging party intervened in the suit in April 2000. After some scheduling orders, the parties participated in mediation. In May 2001 the case was voluntarily dismissed.
