Mechanical, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. We have only the docket in this case and no record of the complaint.

On February 23, 2000, the defendants filed a motion to dismiss for failure to join a necessary party, but the court dismissed that complaint March 22, 2000. On July 27, 2000, the parties entered a consent decree, which the court approved and closed the case. We have no record of the consent decree in this case.
