In September 1999, the EEOC district office in San Antonio, Texas brought this suit against PCT Services, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. The complaint is currently unavailable. The defendant was never served, and in response to the court's order to show good cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure to diligently serve, the EEOC moved to dismiss the case without prejudice, and the motion was granted in March 2000.
