In March 2002, the Atlanta District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Olsten Staffing Services, Corp. and Adecco North America, L.L.C. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The only document publicly available regarding this case is the docket; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. After several discovery disputes, the parties settled in September 2003 through a settlement agreement.
