In September 1999, the EEOC district office in Richmond, Virginia brought this suit against the ManTech International Corporation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Although the complaint is currently unavailable, the docket states that the EEOC alleged a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Shortly after the EEOC amended its initial complaint, a consent decree was entered in April 2000. Although the consent decree is not available, the docket states that one individual received $77,000 in damages and that the terms of the decree ran for two years.
