CONSENT JUDGMENT by Mag Judge Virginia A. Mathis: that this Decree resolves all claims of the Commission against Dft, including pay back, compensatory and punitive damages, interest, injunctive relief, atty's fees and costs arising out of the issues in this lawsuit. Dft shall pay to Mr Dale Long the amount of $112,500. See Consent Decree for full details, break-downs, etc. FURTHER ORDERED each party shall bear own costs and fees. The duration of this Decree shall be 36 months from its entry. This Court shall retail jurisdiction over this action for the duration of the decree. Absent extension, this Decree shall expire by its own terms at the end of 36 months from the entry date w/out further action by the parties.
