In September 2002, the Philadelphia District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Medimmune Oncology, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The only document that is publicly available regarding this case is the docket. Therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. After some scheduling orders, it appears the parties decided to settle in July 2003, but they did not reach a final agreement until November 2003 when they settled through a consent decree.
