The Birmingham District Office brought this action in the U.S District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, against New Palace Casino, LLC. The complaint was filed in July 1999, but we do not have access to it. The charging party intervened in September 1999. Defendant moved for summary judgment in February 2001, but the motion was never ruled upon because the parties settled in June 2001. A consent decree was signed by the judge in February 2002. The only document we have for this case is the docket.
