CONSENT DECREE AND JUDGMENT #03,0573, that this Decree resolves all matters raised by EEOC Charge No. 160A200602; The EEOC Complaint and Amended Complaint; and the Intervenor Complaint and Amended Intervenor Complaint. No party shall contest the jurisdiction of the federal court to enforce this Decree and its terms or the right of any party to bring an enforcement suit upon breach of any of the terms of this Decree by any other party as further set forth. Defendants The Imagine Group, inc. and Allen Fredman shall pay to Alexandra Cole $45,000.00 in compensation for non-wage related claims (including compensatory and punitive damages, attorneys fees and costs), plus interest at the rate of 2% per year, computed daily from 9/26/02 and compounded annually, plus costs in the sum of $70 as reimbursement for expenses incurred by the Intervenor to serve the Complaint in Intervention on the Imagine Group, Inc. and Allan Fredman, for a total sum of $45,545.07, with payments to be made on the schedule further set forth. Defendants shall not retaliate against Alexandra Cole. This Decree remain in effect for one year from the date of entry. This Consent Decree and Judgment constitutes the complete agreement between the parties. no other promises or agreement shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by these parties.
