The Atlanta District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against the Tri-State Electric Membership Corporation, a utility company, in March of 1998, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The only document available from PACER is the court docket. From the docket it appears that no motions were filed and the only events to take place were depositions. The final resolution, a consent decree, was reached in January of 1999, within a year of the complaint being filed.
