The Milwaukee District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, their Fort Dodge Animal Health facility, in September 2002, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. The suit was based on sexual harassment and retaliation, against a female employee, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. After Wyeth's motion for summary judgment was denied the two parties worked toward and reached a settlement on March 26, 2004.

The settlement agreement included both monetary and injunctive relief. The complainant was awarded $45,500 in damages. Wyeth was forced to adhere to various procedures at their Fort Dodge Animal Health facility, including establishing a reliable way to receive complaints (both procedure for complaints to be filed and employees to hear complaints), investigate all complaints, track the investigations, report all investigation findings to the EEOC, train all employees, and post the employees rights in a prominent place.
