The Los Angeles district office of the EEOC brought this suit against Fitzgerald's, a casino and hotel company in Las Vegas, in January 1998, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. In June 1998, the complainant intervened. The parties settled by entry of a consent decree and the court dismissed the case with prejudice in June of 1999. The complaint and the consent decree for this case were not available.
