The docket states the basis for the complaint as sexual harassment against the intervenor employee and a subsequent retaliation. The docket is the only document available for this case. The intervenor intervened in the case in July 2001. The court referred the case to a settlement conference in August 2001, and the parties reached a settlement on November 7, 2001.
