CONSENT DECREE: ORDER, ADJUDGE and DECREE; Consolidating Case with 99-T-1089-N; A) This Court will retain Jurisdiction for the next 18 months; B) LIG immediately post the Notice attached as Exhibit A in a prominent and conspicuous place at its Eufaula Facility; C) As condition of receipt of any monetary payment Pla-Intervenors shall be required to sign Settlement Agreement, General Release & Waiver as agreed upon by Dft's and Pla-Intervenors' Counsel; D) LIG will pay Pla-Intervenors through their Counsel the amount of $500,000; E) Within 30 days of receipt of Settlement Agreements a copy of check(s), certified mail receipt & correspondence evidencing payment will be mailed; F) by 12/01/00 LIG will pay $125,000 in Compensatory Damages to Individual identified by EEOC; G) the Dft shall not retaliate; H) within 3 months of siging of this Decree, LIG will establish and distribute a zero tolerance policy; I) every 6 months LIG will report to EEOC; J) LIG shall continue to utilize in Eufaula its Equal Opportunity & Harrassment Policy issued 08/28/90 and revised 02/10/94; within 3 months: K) LIG will provide training to Eufaula Management Employees; L) LIG will provide training to Non-Management Eufaula Employees; M) LIG will provide training to those Individuals responsible for Investigation Harassment Cmplts; N) LIG will institute a program to train new Eufaula Emplyees on Sexual & Racial Harassment, Retaliation & Zero Tolerance Policy; O) LIG will establish and distribute in its Eufaula Facility a Zero Tolerance Policy; P) LIG provide a Neutrial Reference; Q) LIG will follow its policy of providign only Neutral Reference; R) LIG will provide EEOC info of all Female & African-American Employees employed at Eufaula Facility between 01/01/97 & Present; S) LIG will pay cost of publication; T) LIG will pay cost of Mediation and U) LIG, EEOC and Pla-Intervenors shall be responsible for their own Attys' Fees and Cost as further set out in Order (signed by Judge Myron H.
