On April 21, 1995, the United States filed a lawsuit under Title VII against the Arizona Board of Regents in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey alleging employment discrimination based on sex.

On June 19, 1996, the U.S. and the defendant agreed to enter into a consent decree, which was entered by the district court (Magistrate Judge Joel B. Rosen).

The case was closed on June 20, 1996. We have no further information on this case.
